  • Whether CAIWING's products can be used for vacuum forming processing?

    CAIWING has a professional product line to solve the requirements for vacuum forming processing, and has good experience to solve customers' product problems happen in the vacuum forming process.

  • What should be attention to materials use in safety seats?

    The fabrics used in child safety seats must be pass the VOC, flame retardant and EN environmental protection tests. Then the overall strength and skin affinity of the fabric should be considered to ensure that the fabric can play a role in ensuring safety after a vehicle collision, and no unsafe factors such as cracking and tearing should occur.

  • Can the stroller coated leather resist UV light?

    The materials selected for strollers must ensure that when UPF is >40, the light transmittance is less than 5%. Our stroller leather can meet the high standard of 0 light transmittance when it is greater than UPF 50.

  • Can baby strollers use coated fabrics? can it withstand light and outdoor use?

    CAIWING EPU coating products specially designed for baby strollers, which are safe, reliable, high resistant to hydrolysis, high light resistance, easy to decontaminate, antibacterial, mildew resistant, and alcohol resistant.

  • What does CAIWING think about the safety index of EN-1 scratch resistance?

    All series of child products , not only when the new product through the EN71-1 but also more concerned about the long-term use of the customer during the end-of-life period, can pass the requirements of the bite resistant. Customers must pay attention to the long-term regulatory safety of the fabric material. We can not ignore the bite resistant because of short time use.

  • Whether PVC coated fabrics can be used as baby products?

    CAIWING has made a lot of PVC coating products in other fields, but it is not recommend the use of PVC in the field of children, because we want to ensure the safety of children's use by 100% safety regulations. PVC itself is difficult to pass all regulations,even though it passed,  it will cost high. Harmful elements such as halogen and other types of plasticizers that are not mentioned in EN71, it cannot be avoided by PVC. These two main PVC substances are not friendly to the safety of children.

  • How to ensure that the fabric can pass the safety regulations 100%

    CAIWING designs and selects materials, the primary consideration is to pass 100% of the safety laws and regulations of various countries and regions to provide the safest guarantee for child users. All leather for child only choose materials that are safe in raw materials, process and durability.

  • What safety regulations must be passed for coating products used in child products?

    The child products have different specifications according to different countries and regions, such as EN,BS,DIN,GB,ASTM,AS. The requirements that must be passed are EN71-1 and EN71-3. If there is a need for public use, it must also pass EN71-2. Other specifications have corresponding standards, and the test methods are similar.
